Christmas Fair 2025 Application Form

The Pentland Primary School Fair, Monday 15th December 1:30pm till 3:30pm. Once you've applied you will receive a confirmation email stating all information. Please ensure you check your junk mail. Payment must be made upon booking or spot is not secure. Applications close 6th December.

If we do not have a copy of your PLI could you please email one to contact@teestraders.co.uk

Do you have your own table?

We kindly ask where possible that vendors supply their own tables as the school will not have suitable tables. If you require a school table, then you must understand these are smaller than normal.

To ensure a respectful and lawful environment, we kindly remind all attendees that any breach of copyright or intellectual property laws will result in immediate removal from our events.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our community.

Please make a payment upon booking. We have a short period of time to fill these spaces and make a magical event for Pentland Primary School. Please make sure you pay per table you require. Any errors may not be amended later.
